Terms and Conditions

Please note that the Private 1:1 Sessions Package is a stand-alone contract. This contract must be agreed upon before we begin working together. Equally, by making a payment, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

1. I want you to be happy with your Sessions. If you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason whatsoever, you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Package, and no refund will be provided.

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session for any reason, you must do so within 24 hours in advance via email or text; otherwise, you will forfeit that Session and will not be able to reschedule it, unless a last-minute emergency arises and you contact me by email to let me know the nature of the emergency. If I specifically offer you the opportunity to reschedule the Session, the rescheduled Session must be made up within two weeks of the original booked-in date or it is forfeited.

3. Your registration is non-refundable. All requests for transfers must be received in writing.

4. We both have busy schedules, and I take pride in not keeping you any longer than planned. We both agree to do our best to start and end each Session on time.

5. Any participants domiciled outside of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, be advised participation is subject to and governed by English law & the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.

6. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are situated in a suitable environment before the commencement of any online live sessions.
