Meditation and guided relaxation are simple, supportive practices designed to help you gently come back to yourself. You don’t need to “empty your mind” or sit perfectly still — there is no way to do this wrong. Instead, you’ll be guided to notice your breath, your body, and the sensations that are already here, at a pace that feels safe for you.
