INTEGRATED PROGRAMME (6 & 12 Months)
Long-term, individualised work for people ready to rebuild capacity, strength, and agency in their relationship with their body.
WORK WITH ME
Somatic strength, over time
I work with people who are not looking for quick fixes, posture correction, or rigid programmes.
My work is for those who want to develop strength that listens — strength that can meet load, change, and asymmetry without bracing, force, or collapse.
This work unfolds over time, in relationship.
The Somatic Strength Method
The Somatic Strength Method is a long-term, body-led approach to strength, posture, and resilience.
It integrates:
Somatic awareness
Isometric and progressive strength
Nervous system pacing
Real-life movement and load
Rather than correcting the body, we learn to respond to it.
This is not a course. It is a supported container for embodied change.
How the Method is structured
The Somatic Strength Method is designed as a 12-month process.
This length of time allows the body to:
Settle into the work
Build strength without rushing
Integrate change into everyday life
Develop self-trust rather than dependence
Not everyone needs or wants to commit to the full year at the outset. For that reason, there are two ways to enter the Method.
The 12-Month Method
This is the full arc of the work.
It includes:
An orientation phase at the beginning
Progressive somatic strength development
Time for integration, rest, and consolidation
This option suits those who know they benefit from time, continuity, and a slower, relational pace.
The 6-Month Commitment
This is a time-limited commitment within the 12-month structure.
You enter the same Method, with the same support and philosophy, but commit initially to six months rather than a full year.
At the end of six months, you may choose to:
Continue into the second half of the Method
Or complete the work at that point, with integration and closure
There is no expectation or pressure to continue.
What stays the same in both options
Whether you commit for six or twelve months, the structure of support is the same:
Monthly 1:1 somatic strength sessions (75–90 minutes)
Monthly small-group integration calls (optional, recorded)
Personalised practice menus
Asynchronous support via Everfit
Access to an evolving practice library
The difference is not the content, but the time available for embodiment.
How we decide what’s right
The length of commitment is something we decide together during the application process.
Some bodies need more time to settle.
Others arrive ready to work with less orientation.
There is no hierarchy between the two.
The Orientation Phase (Months 1–3 of the 12-Month Method)
The first three months of the 12-month Method serve as an orientation phase, sometimes referred to as the Foundations.
This phase is about:
Learning the pace of the work
Establishing safety under minimal load
Developing familiarity with somatic practice
Building a relationship with the container itself
There is no expectation to “keep up” or perform.
Some people need this phase. Others don’t. We decide together.
What this work is (and isn’t)
This work is:
Slow, attentive, and relational
Strength-focused without being force-driven
Responsive to pain, scoliosis, and asymmetry
Designed to support long-term capacity
This work is not:
A quick posture fix
A fitness programme
Daily accountability or constant feedback
Corrective or prescriptive in nature
Support & expectations
Support is provided through a combination of live sessions and asynchronous communication via Everfit.
Everfit is used to:
Share practices
Reflect on patterns
Maintain continuity between sessions
I respond during working hours, typically within 48–72 hours.
This pace is intentional and supports integration rather than urgency.
There is no requirement to practice daily or report consistently.
Learning when to pause is part of the work.
Who this work tends to suit
This work may be a good fit if you:
Are willing to work over months rather than weeks
Have a history of pain, scoliosis, or complex movement patterns
Want to build strength without overriding sensation
Value discernment over discipline
It may not be a good fit if you are looking for:
Fast results
Clear rules to follow
External motivation or accountability
A purely fitness-based approach
Working together
Because this is long-term, relational work, I work with a limited number of people at a time.
All new clients begin with an application process so we can ensure this is the right container for you.
Apply to work together
If you’re curious about working together, the next step is to apply.
The application is not a test.
It’s a starting conversation.
My April beta‑cohort brings together somatics, Pilates, yoga, and strength work in a grounded, accessible way. We begin by arriving in the body — noticing breath, sensation, and the internal cues that guide safe, sustainable movement. From there, we build strength, mobility, and awareness at a pace your nervous system can integrate.
This is a small, supportive space for people who want to move with more ease, confidence, and connection.
There are only 5 space available. If you’re ready to explore a different way of working with your body, I’d love to welcome you in.
INVESTMENT
The Somatic Strength Method is offered as a 12-month process, with the option to commit for the first 6 months.
Pricing reflects:
The time and relational depth of the work
Ongoing personal support
A limited number of places
You are not paying for a set of sessions.
You are committing to a period of supported practice and integration.
12-Month Commitment
This option supports those who know they benefit from continuity over time.
It includes the full arc of the Method, including the orientation phase and integration period.
Investment - Pay in full: £3,780 or monthly: £330 × 12
6-Month Commitment
This option allows you to enter the Method with a shorter initial commitment.
You receive the same structure, support, and access as the 12-month Method for the first six months.
At the end of six months, you may choose to:
Continue into the second half of the Method
Or complete the work at that point, with integration and closure
Investment - Pay in full: £2,160 or monthly: £380 × 6
There is no requirement to decide beyond six months in advance. The difference is the time available for embodiment, not the quality of care.
Why is this a longer-term investment?
Because nervous systems and bodies adapt over months, not weeks.
The work is structured to support lasting change rather than short-term outcomes.
Is there a difference in support between 6 and 12 months?
No. The difference is the time available for embodiment, not the level of support.
What happens if I need to pause?
Life happens. If you need to pause briefly, we discuss this together and decide what support is appropriate.
Is Everfit included?
Yes. Everfit is used to share practices and reflections and maintain continuity between sessions. I respond during working hours, typically within 48–72 hours.
Can I switch from 6 to 12 months later?
Yes. If continuing feels appropriate, we discuss this toward the end of your initial commitment. There is no pressure to do so.
