A retainer package is perfect if you’re running a growing business and want consistent, reliable tech and systems support each month. With this option, you secure a set number of VA support hours on a rolling basis (minimum 3-month commitment), giving you priority access and continuity.

Any additional time beyond your package is charged at £35 per hour. Please note: hours are allocated per month and cannot be carried over.

After our call, I’ll send a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Once we agree, we’ll put everything in writing so you know exactly what to expect.

Onboarding

Delivery & Support
